Founded in 2009, Randy & Marla Twyford decided to take the next step and make their passion a profession. As residents of the Jacksonville, Illinois area, the two set off to create the best BBQ in central Illinois. Their BBQ has been professionally judged and awarded top honors by a field of certified, professional food judges that include some of the greatest names in BBQ and the food world.
