Here is a recipe from Chris Lilly’s new “Big Bob Gibson’s BBQ Cookbook” Chris was kind enough to let me use it on a cooking episode on News Channel 20 Morning Show.
We were selling BBQ at the Downtown Springfield Blues & BBQ Festival. It is a great event and we sold lots of BBQ. We competed in the BBQ contest and won 1st Place in the Pork Category. They had a large crowd and some great blues music.

2009 Jack Daniels Invitational World Championship
Twyford BBQ & Catering competed in the Jack Daniels Invitational World Championship in Lynchburg, TN October 23-24. This was the team’s fifth consecutive appearance at “The Jack.” The team took honors with 2nd place ribs, 7th place with their signature Twyford BBQ sauce and 10th place with their caramel apple cobbler.
Twyford BBQ Cooking Classes
Spring is here and it’s time to dust of those grills and smokers. We’ve had lots of friends and fans ask us to do cooking classes. We want to give you the information you need to impress your friends and family!
Twyford BBQ & Catering New World Headquarters is up and closed in. We are really excited to get moved in and very happy with the construction done by Cornerstone Construction and Langhiem Concrete. The walk in cooler & freezer is up and soon will have power to it. As we mover along I will keep you updated on progress. Along with the cooler and freezer this will house our North American Production Facility. We are happy.
We now have business card cookies. We are using them on sales calls as a little something sweet to remember us by.
